How Can I Return a Product?

We offer refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please let us know at office(at)last-skincare.com. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

How much time do I have to return the order?

You have 14 days to make up your mind and decide if you wish to keep our products. Whenever you have questions or doubts, reach out to us at office(at)last-skincare.com, let’s talk, we are here to help you. Should you decide to return the products, inform us about it by an e-mail at office(at)last-skincare.com within 14 days from the date of delivery, and send us a package within the next 14 days.

When will I receive the refund?

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your package. If you don’t get your money during that time, please contact us at office(at)last-skincare.com. The refund is made with the same method you paid. If we don’t accept your return we will let you know by email.
