JOJOBA SEED OIL (COLD PRESSED)

Jojoba seed oil, sometimes called Jojoba wax is a non-fragrant, all-natural, great emollient extracted from the seeds of a perennial shrub. Due to it’s similarity to the oil (sebum) human skin produces, it is a perfect ingredient for all the skin types – rich in vitamins A, D and E, as well as antioxidants, working as a natural conditioner. It is also filled in monounsaturated fatty acids and has a low saponification value. The one you find in our formulations is a cold pressed jojoba seed oil golden.

Jojoba oil is light (unlike other highly saturated oils) and one of the best skin absorbers – research has proved it can even reach the corneal layer, providing maximum nourishment for skin. It is known for enhancing skin’s restorative properties. The high content of wax esters makes jojoba oil a good repair option for skin problems with altered skin barriers. It calms eczema via its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as an ability to restore a compromised skin barrier. It is naturally antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, analgesic (able to relieve pain), hypoallergenic and has anti-inflammatory effect as well.
