Yes, we will be happy to deliver the package wherever you need our products to be.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We will prepare it within 24 hours, the shipment within EU should take approx. 2-3 days, worldwide 7-10 days. Delivery times are based on our best estimates, and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Business days include Monday-Friday only.

At LAST, we take the security of our customers’ personal and credit card information very serious.

Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
In order to place an order please go to our Shop page and add products you wish to buy to the basket – you will do it by clicking the button “Add to cart”. To see your cart, go to the top right corner of the page and click on the icon of the basket. Fill in your data, choose the payment option and complete your order following the instructions on the screen. Should you need any support, drop us a message at office(at)last-skincare.com
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us at office(at)last-skincare.com if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting ‘My Orders’ when signed in to your online account.
How Can I Return a Product?
We offer refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please let us know at office(at)last-skincare.com.
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
How much time do I have to return the order?
You have 14 days to make up your mind and decide if you wish to keep our products. Whenever you have questions or doubts, reach out to us at office(at)last-skincare.com, let’s talk, we are here to help you.
Should you decide to return the products, inform us about it by an e-mail at office(at)last-skincare.com within 14 days from the date of delivery, and send us a package within the next 14 days.
When will I receive the refund?
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your package. If you don’t get your money during that time, please contact us at office(at)last-skincare.com. The refund is made with the same method you paid. If we don’t accept your return we will let you know by email.
